This initial conversation will allow us to assess if SVA Interiors is the ideal partner for your project and recommend the most suitable design package.
By the end of the call, if you decide to move forward with SVA INTERIORS, we will schedule an in-depth, complimentary 1-hour consultation (offered as a special welcome promotion during our first year) via video call. This will help us to delve deeper into your project requirements and begin crafting a personalized design concept.
To ensure the efficient running of the initial consultation, we kindly request that you send us the visual details of your space, including photos (videos would be also great) and measurements, prior to the scheduled date.
On our video call, we will delve deeper into:
✓ The space you want to transform: its function, size, layout, architectural and structural features, current challenges…
✓ Your lifestyle and household: who uses the space and how, what are the dynamics, routines and activities that take place.
✓ Your motivation to start the project: what inspired you, what current challenges do you want to overcome
✓ Your specific needs and goals: what do you want to achieve, eliminate, improve, potentiate…
✓ Your design preferences: style, mood, color palette, materials, and finishes. What you dislike or want to avoid.
✓ Inspiration and references: inspiration images, stories and objects.
✓ Existing features you want to keep or work around: furniture or structural elements in the space.
✓ Timeline: deadlines or time constraints.
We will take this opportunity to brainstorm initial design ideas and explore potential solutions, so share any additional details you think are important about the space or project.
Following our consultation, we will send you a formal contract detailing the scope of work, timeline, fee breakdown and payment schedule. We kindly ask you to review, sign, and email us the digital copy at your earliest convenience.
If you opt for the Deposit and discount payment option you are required to pay 50% of the total project fee before work begins.
Upon receiving the signed contract and the first installment (if applicable) the designer will begin creating a three-dimensional model that represents the virtual transformation of your space.
Once the initial three-dimensional model is complete, we will share it with you via email for your review. You can reply with your feedback or approval, or if you prefer, schedule a consultation to discuss your thoughts in greater detail.
We will incorporate your remarks and create a revised version of the initial three-dimensional design presentation. Up to two rounds of revisions are included in our packages. Additional revisions incur a fee.
Once you approve the last revision, the complete project files will be sent upon full payment of the fees, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions, Payment Options section.
